What is the Law when the executors of a last Will and Testament alter a will?
My Mothers will was passed around and it has had names scratched out and others replaced, the Initials beside them are obviously not my Mothers and one Name (her name sake) is Misspelled. Is this grounds for having the executors removed?
Answer
