When is a Last Will and Testament probational or not?
Hi. My fiance made a last will and testament under my name. But the attorney said i cannot get anything from it because it is not fully signed and has no witnesses. He signed the first 3 pages but no witness. Does the law will not consider it?

Different states have different requirements, but the will can probably still be valid if your fiance signs or acknowledges his will in front of the required number of witnesses, and have them sign. Otherwise, if he dies it will be as if he had no will at all. (Generally, if you two are married, he has no will, and he has no children with someone else, you will take the estate.)
